The world of weather has gone truly mad. Back at the end of May/beginning of June there was snow in Cape Town - well, tiny little hailstones that resembled snow. After that the Cape winter warmed up and was quite mild.Now there's snow - actual snow - on Table Mountain, causing temperatures all around the mountain range to plummet. It's incredible! And those who headed to the top to see this unusual sight have even managed to build tiny snowmen with the dusting of snow.
My parents report that they're not loving this new development. They truly are not built for the cold in Africa.
